Common questions
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. Answers are stored without any link to the invitation or email they came from, results only appear for groups at or above the company's minimum size (5 by default, never fewer than 3), and a department is hidden if it could be worked out by subtraction.
Do employees need an account?
No. Each person gets a private, single-use link by email and answers in the browser, on a phone or a computer.
Can managers see who answered what?
No. Admins only see whether an invitation was used, so they can send reminders. Everyone else sees grouped results.
Which languages are supported?
English, Albanian, Serbian and German - for leaders in the app, for employees answering, and for the invitation emails.
Can we use our own questions?
Yes. Alongside the ready-made templates, you can write your own questions and map each one to the indicators it measures.
